| How to book in 3 steps |
To make a reservation select "Car hire Ibiza", "Car hire Formentera", "Car hire Majorca", "Car hire Mallorca", "Car hire Menorca", or any of the best offer icons by location from the homepage that will lead you to our car hire booking form.
STEP 1: Choose Place, Date, Hour of pick up and Return + Accessories.
STEP 2: Click the corresponding line to the group of car you need.
STEP 3: Check and confirm the information of your reservation and accept our conditions for car rentals. Then fill-in your personal information in "NEW USER REGISTRATION".
Once registered, you will not have to complete this field in future reservations. It will be enough to introduce your e-mail of record and password in " I AM A FREQUENT USER ". |

| How to modify or cancel your reservation |
To modify a reservation select "Customer area" in our menu.
STEP 1: Introduce your e-mail and password.
STEP 2: Choose the reservation that you want to modify or to cancel.
STEP 3: Check and confirm the information of your reservation. |

| How to proceed at Majorca airport |
|
STEP 1: Take one of the lifts to the to 2nd floor..
STEP 2: Leave the Departure terminal, cross the road at the zebra crossing and look for the "IBERIA, RYANAIR, TUIfly" signpost on your right and wait for the BK Shuttle.

| How to proceed at Minorca airport |
|
Deliveries at Menorca-Airport shall be leaded to the RENT A CAR MEETING POINT at the Airport public parking right in front of the Arrivals Terminal where Bkrentacar Shuttle (contact phone n.: +34 971 364 360) will pick you up.

| If you haven´t received booking confirmation email |
|
If you have succesfully booked with us, don´t worry, please check all your email folders. If still not found, you can get in touch with us by email or phone. It is not mandatory to have this email or have the confirmation screen printed. It´s enough with your name or the booking reference.
